Here at Sparky-UK we specialise in low price TV, AV accessories & replacement remotes, to offer such low prices and be environmentally friendly, we buy many items in bulk without packaging, sometimes causing slight marks, each item is 100% tested & working before being dispatched to your door. Also to be eco-friendly we save on bulky paper manuals by allowing you to easily download or contact us for a PDF copy.
We have the right to change our prices at any time with out notice
If an item is found to be faulty when you receive it please email us at contactus@sparky-uk.com and we will do our best to help you.
* For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 15 days accompanied with packing slip.
* We cannot accept remote returns if the problem is only due to it not operating a device, unless faulty.
* Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
* Refunds do not include postage paid
* Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price
* Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee if there is no fault with the item.
* Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.
* A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
* Replacement item will be shipped only after receipt and inspection of original item.
* All defective products will be replace/repair within the appropriate warranty period.
* It may take up to 7 business days to process your return after we receive your product.
